Charlotte Bidding On NASCAR Museum

City officials are making a strong case for NASCAR to build its Hall of Fame museum in Charlotte, instead of Atlanta or Kansas City.
"City officials were quick to say in interviews Wednesday that they expect the hall to have a "positive cash flow," meaning the public would not need to pump additional money into running the facility once it's built."
