Juneau's Economy Stagnates

Alaska's capital is losing young people to Anchorage and Fairbanks, at the cost of jobs and city growth.
"The Juneau Economic Development Council reiterated a familiar theme in its annual report. But executive director Lance Miller said the situation is becoming more urgent considering local trends and changes in the global economy."
