A Greener West Coast

Editorial urges West Coast states to "stick together" to address global warming and air quality issues.
Last week, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced an impressive set of goals for reducing the greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming. It was just the latest step in a West Coast process that has seen Washington, Oregon and California working to halt devastating climate changes.
