Atlanta developers are scrambling to meet the growing demand for mixed-use development. Do they really know what they're doing?
Developers are rushing to create mixed-use developments in Atlanta because consumer demand exceeds supply, according to a local developer. But, although the market's hunger for mixed-use development may be strong in Atlanta right now, examples of finished and successful live-work-play projects are hard to find.
