Phoenix Looking For A Few Good Developers
3 June 2005 - 9:00am
The city of Phoenix is seeking partners for a new housing development in the downtown area.
"The project would go on 1.5 acres of city propertyon the southern side of Fillmore Street, between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
Officials are hoping the partnership will allow them to "infuse affordability" into a booming downtown housing market, where condominiums and lofts are selling for $400,000 and up, and rental units are hard to come by."
