Downtown Phoenix Must Change

City officials offer more than 50 goals for the metamorphosis of the downtown area.
"The items, which include attracting a new grocery store to the downtown area and developing mixed-use zoning districts, pick up where the announcements about the Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix campus, a new 1,000-room publicly financed hotel and light rail left off. The city also hopes to have them all in place by 2015 when the ASU campus is slated to be fully built out."
