Record Home Prices In Florida May Be Topping Out

Costs are going up faster in the state, including Orlando, than anywhere else in the nation.
"The Florida housing market is through the roof," said Mark Zandi, co-founder and chief economist of Economy.com. "It's very frothy and indicates speculation is affecting many markets. It looks and feels an awful lot like a bubble."
