The first California community to give up cityhood 32 years may consider reincorporation.
Cabazon, the first California community to give up cityhood 32 years may consider reincorporation thanks to a casino and an outlet mall bringing in millions of dollars. Cabazon is located between Los Angeles and Palm Springs. A recent survey found that residents were opposed to becoming a city again.
