Best Place To Live Loses Most People

Charlottesville, VA, lost a larger percentage of its population over the last four years than any place else in the state.
Suburban development around this college town continues at fevered pace, while Charlottesville lost 8.7 percent of its population over the past four years. In 2004 Charlottesville was ranked "Best Place to Live in America" by Cities Ranked and Rated.
