A Metro Aqua Line on the Westside? A civic group decided to promote transportation dialogue by posting 8 MTA-like signs showing westside stations.
A civic group called 'Heavy Trash' took credit for posting 8 signs along Wilshire and San Vicente Boulevards showing future station locations for the Metro Aqua Line, connecting downtown to the westside. The spoof was an effort to promote dialogue about transportation needs in a community with a NIMBY mentality.
