Experts will convene at a conference -- Troubled Water: Exploring Solutions for the Water Crisis -- to discuss the problem of world water shortages.
"One of the United Nation's top water experts, the Bush administration's point man on Western water and one of the world's strongest voices for preserving public control of water will be in Boise April 19-20 to discuss the growing world shortage of water."
