Boise Mayor Wants Growth Cap For Unincorporated Areas

Mayor Dave Beiter of Boise, ID, wants Ada County to amend zoning rules.
"Boise (Idaho) Mayor Dave Bieter wants Ada County leaders to follow their own rules and stick to a 5 percent annual residential growth cap for unincorporated areas as called for in the county's comprehensive plan."
