Philadelphia Considers Its Parking Destiny

Philadelphia citizens weigh in on the direction of parking policy in downtown.
A daylong public workshop provided a forum for vigorous debate over parking policies in Center City Philadelphia. Paricipants considered the design of garages, pricing, and the need to maintain a great pedestrian environment.
