Bad News for O.C. Commuters

Going to Orange County? Plan to spend a lot more time in getting there.
Jobs and more affordable housing have contributed to the congestion of freeways into Orange, Riverside and Ventura Counties. A study done by Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade and Douglas shows that previous attempts to ease the congestion have failed. Legal issues may cause a delay in finding agreeable resolutions to the problems.
