San Carlos, CA, city officials introduce the process of "visioning" to enthusiastic residents as the city decides how to balance growth with keeping the small-town charm.
San Carlos, CA, city officials introduce the process of "visioning" to enthusiastic residents. The mayor asked the residents to "...decide how to manage growth and prosperity without losing our small-town charm." Residents will participate in the "Visioning Downtown" program by attending monthly meetings and expressing their preferences.
