Will Development Boom Saturate Orlando's Housing Market?

Orlando developers are betting that young professionals and empty-nesters will continue to be drawn out of the suburbs and into the cities by the thought of living in modern towers near restaurants and entertainment.
"In coming months, the number of construction cranes downtown will multiply quickly as project after project gets under way. Soaring towers nibbling close to the height of SunTrust Center, the region's tallest building, are in the works. More condominiums, a grocery store and a movie theater are on the way.
The sticky question for all is: How much is too much?"
