A Madison, WI, development project could be the city's biggest most expensive. Is it too much?
Madison, WI developer Curt Brink is proposing a $250 million complex, called Archipelago Village, for an unused industrial site on the east side of downtown Madison. If built, the 27-story building would exceed strict building height limits that allow views of the State Capitol from around the city, and perhaps usher in an era of much taller buildings on the city's densely populated Isthmus."
