Large Merger Of Land Trusts Aimed At Slowing Sprawl
23 February 2005 - 10:00am
Eight land trusts dedicated to saving farmlands and forests in nine Northeast Ohio announce plans to merge.

Land trusts are private, nonprofit charities that work with willing property owners to keep their land undeveloped by signing a conservation agreement. This agreement ensures that the property will remain in its natural state."
