Former planning leaders voice regrets over growth management in Florida.
"Six of the state's former planning leaders looked back on the last 20 years of growth management at a meeting in Gainesville on February 10, and pointed to the lack of funds from state to local government as the biggest failure in steering the vision of Florida's development."
