Fort Lauderdale uncovers a surprising culprit contributing to blight.
"An aggressive city code sweep has snared a surprising culprit contributing to community blight: the city itself.
Midstream in a code crackdown targeting three poor, black neighborhoods, the city has racked up 59 code violation notices, making it the top single violator in the cleanup program."
