ULI Panel To Recommend Ways To Resolve Growth Dilemmas

Turf battles, private property rights, and rural growth are hot button issues.
Newly formed Idaho/Montana Chapter of ULI to host ULI Panel that will investigate countywide growth patterns; recommendations expected on resolving turf battles, property rights, and rural growth.
"Regional planning is at issue right now in the Treasure Valley. Knipe points to two regional planning efforts now under way, including the six-county Communities in Motion Study by the Community Planning Association of Southwest Idaho and the Ada County Highway District's Blueprint for Good Growth."
