The Planning Report's Southern California readers offer their advice and predictions for land use priorities in 2005.
The Planning Report asks its readers to provide their views on the question: 'With smart/dumb growth and congestion challenging all of Southern California, what land-use priorities should our local, regional, and state elected officials have in 2005?' The Planning Report publishes a selection of the responses.
