Concerns About Europe's Largest Urban Revitalization Project

Richard Rogers, Chair of the UK's Urban Task Force writes: "Thames Gateway is the largest urban-regeneration project in Europe, set to accommodate up to a million people - a city as big as Manchester - along the glorious river Thames from the Isle of Dogs to Southend.
