Santa Clara County supervisors reject a BART extension tax for the November ballot.
With Santa Clara County supervisors rejecting a BART extension tax for the November ballot, it is making it difficult for Livermore and Antioch to get their BART extensions. "Opponents said too many questions remain about how to pay for operating costs and whether less costly alternatives such as light rail or express buses have been considered."
