Cincinnati Discovers Cosmopolitan

After decades of decay, Cincinnati is on the mend.
No one has ever accused Cincinnati of being too cosmopolitan. But over the past several years, however, Cincinnati has shed its close-minded image and begun to revitalize its center city - focusing on strategies of broad appeal to make those who already live in its metropolitan area think about moving back to the city.
