Practical Regional Solutions To Address Global Warming

William Ruckelshaus and K.C. Golden argue that it is about time we started address the problem of global warming.
"The facts about global warming are becoming clear. We don't know everything about it, but we know it is happening... Practical climate solutions are available now, and we will be better prepared for the future if we implement them today. It starts with a clear, simple policy commitment: responsible limits on global warming pollution."
