A developer's ideas take this college town's urbanism to new heights.
Mixing modern high rise development with historic preservation and a college town flavor, Marc Moen is a force for change in Iowa City. From his beginnings 20 years ago with student rentals, his clientele today is almost a third "doctors, high school principals, business people who moved in from larger cities and appreciate urban living in a college town."
