Cell Phone Towers Aren't Going Away

After several years in decline, new cellular phone towers are on the rise again, and this time designers are getting better at hiding them.

The increase in cellular phone towers will seem less noticeable than in the early 1990s because the industry is either sharing poles with different companies or disguising the towers in all kinds of ways. The Sacramento Bee provides examples of innovative approaches from Delta, Rancho Cordova, Fair Oaks, Carmichael and Laguna.
