New Development With An Old-Town Atmosphere

Howard County, Maryland will soon convert farm pasture into an expansive mixed-use community in the image of old-town America.
The developer of Maple Lawn, inspired by Kentlands in Maryland, promises to make the development pedestrian-friendly with a vision of less sprawl and more conservation, hoping the development will prove appealing for its design and for others to "copy and maybe even do better.
