Wendell Cox publishes an image of precisely the kind of transit-oriented development planners don't want.
"One of the many claims made by transit spending proponents is that urban rail systems generate "transit oriented development." The photograph below shows recently opened transit oriented development at the Memorial Hospital Station on the eastside extension of the St. Louis light rail line (a petrol or gas station)."
