A major surge in development is projected for the next few decades offering an opportunity to change the landscape of the nation.
Projections of the built space the nation will require over the next several decades are staggering. Now, a new report by Arthur C. Nelson estimates such demand for the next quarter-century and contends that the time is now to plan the shape of the American landscape for the next generation.
