Quebec considers making transit passes tax deductible to reduce pollution and congestion.
"Quebec is poised to become the first province in Canada to make transit passes tax deductible in a bid to reduce pollution and traffic congestion...the Quebec government [is] seeking ways to cut greenhouse gas emissions and unclog congested roadways..."
