Troubled Future For London's Tall Buildings?

The latest tall building completed in London is still only half full - how will other proposals coming forward fare?
Although is has won Britain's top architectural prize, the Swiss Re Tower is only half occupied. This article looks at the reasons for this - an apparent misreading of the floorspace market in London - and the lessons for the development of future tall buildings in London, especially in terms of floorspace flexibility.
