Four of the nation's deadliest roads are in a state with the highest number of pedestrians killed per capita.
" America's four deadliest roads for pedestrians and bicyclists all are in Florida...Florida's most notorious roads are all high-speed, multilane highways breached by hundreds of driveways and side streets. All serve haphazardly developed urban areas."
