Planners Try To Cope With Meridian's Growth

Meridian, a suburb of Boise, Idaho, struggles with growth projections and new developments.

"Planning agencies in recent years have miscalculated several key growth estimates. As a result, residents and city officials say the state and county are behind the curve on making needed road improvement projects ... Local and regional officials are working to get a handle on growth and traffic problems. "
