A sewage pill that closed the Aliso Beach was causedby a pipeline rupture inside the Aliso Water Management Agency sanitation plant. The leakage of about 1,500 gallons of partially treated sewage caused the 29th ban this year of local near-shore waters -- seven more than last year.
