Minneapolis Names 'Results Manager'

5 October 2004 - 11:00am

Minneapolis has created a $108,000-a-year "results manager" position to oversee the city's efforts to be more responsive to its residents.

"Former Gov. Jesse Ventura's chief of staff Steven Bosacker has been hired to coordinate Minneapolis One Stop and Minneapolis One Call, 311. One Stop aims to provide an easier path for the public to work with the city on projects and planning. One Call provides a single phone number -- and ultimately a tracking system -- for those seeking access to city services."
