Steve Cash promotes high density development.
"We have a stake in the future growth in our county. We want quality growth. We want smart growth. We don't want no growth...As you go down in some places in Florida and this state, you have planned communities, planned developments. Everything is there. Everything is so close by [within walking distance]. That causes high-density in your residential housing."
