A Silver Bullet For Downtown Phoenix

Downtown Phoenix will be reshaped if officials purchase $30 million worth of land for a downtown ASU campus.
"If the [Phoenix City] council approves the purchase, it would be the first land bought for ASU's planned Capital Center campus and constitute about 25 percent of the land needed... 'Very rarely is there a silver bullet in economic development. But this is one of those times.' "
