Pundits say there may be legal and financial snags with the Utah open-space measure to be voted on in November
"The (Utah) Tax Review Commission is considering...warning...lawmakers of a number of possible legal and financial snags to the opens space petition."State Treasurer Ed Alter, who is up for re-election this year, "...questions the wisdom of using 'this scarce resource' for open space rather than for highways or new buildings."
