New Towns Prove Sprawl Is Alive And Well

Two new rapidly growing Utah towns grow beyond expectations, and beyond service areas.
"The rooftops tell you all you need to know about what is happening on the west side of Utah Lake. There are thousands of them, they are multiplying like blood cells and there is no end in sight."... "'It's quite astonishing. There was nothing out there. Now it's like mushrooms sprouting,' say an economist with the Utah Bureau of Economic and Business Research."
