Could highly-engineered, eco-friendly structures be the future of housing for those in vulnerable areas?
"Space age technology is being used to design living quarters for Earth's most alien environment -- Antarctica... But Gampe thinks the sustainable-living building concept should be extended to European houses, especially those in vulnerable areas his design can withstand earthquakes of up to seven on the Richter scale, up to three metres of flooding, and is virtually lightning and fireproof."
