Can Rural Town Mississippi Come Back To Life?

What can be done to save rural communities? Young people leave these towns, often never to return.
"Rural areas are often known for their agricultural roots, but crops aren't the only things being exported, Schultz said... 'Our biggest export from rural communities isn't cotton, it's our young people,' he said. 'Small towns do such a great job of raising young people, and then they send them off.'... The same people who left could play a key role in revitalization, if the communities where they grew up embrace them."
