Residents Say Mini-freeways Unsafe

San Jose's one-way streets are convenient for motorists but residents complain speeding motorists have made their neighborhoods unsafe.
With the freeways clogged, San Jose's on-way streets are convenient for motorists. But residents living along these streets complain speeding motorists have made their neighborhoods unsafe and would like one-way streets to be converted back to two-way. City officials say they are responding with new studies and funds for slowing down neighborhood traffic.
