Regulations recommended by Mission planners Monday may discourage plans to turn the Mission Center Mall into a Wal-Mart Supercenter.
Regulations recommended by Mission planners Monday may discourage plans to turn the Mission Center Mall into a Wal-Mart Supercenter.The regulations would require big-box stores over 100,000 square feet like a Supercenter to be three stories tall. The rules also would regulate parking and landscaping and subject superstores to additional oversight by the city.
