Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry criticized President Bush for neglecting nations's national
"Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry said he wants to increase the operating budget of the National Parks Service by $600 million over five years.Kerry said he'd raise the money by charging more for rights to drill or mine public land and use it to increase park service programs and staff."
