Atlanta's Regional Traffic Plan Attacked From All Sides

The Atlanta Regional Commission's proposed $74 billion blueprint for traffic, Mobility 2030, has been widely assailed.
"As commission staff and board members prepare for a daylong retreat next week to discuss the potential impact of the plan on future congestion, advocates from a wide range of perspectives are wondering if the plan is really an improvement over past proposals... But some advocates remain unhappy with what the new evaluation process has produced, and some are saying the new plan is little different from any that came before."
