Calif. Cabinet Secretary Endorses 'Anti-Dumb Growth'

In June, the SURDNA Foundation, along with the Funders’ Network for Smart Growth and Livable Communities and the California Center for Regional Leadership, brought together regional, state, and national leaders to discuss their experiences with smart growth policies and practices.
