California Home Median Price Skyrockets

The median price of a California home is nearing 1/2 million dollars.
"The median price of a California home soared 26.5 percent in May to a record $465,160 -- the biggest leap ever -- as sales jumped 10.5 percent. The median price for a California Home has sky-rocketed to almost 1/2 million dollars, $465,160. Although interest rates may be inching up sales remain strong and predications are for a minimal impact and slower median increases."
