Battle Brewing Over SF's Cab Permits

San Francisco cab companies want more permits for cabs, which under current law are allotted to individuals.
A battle is brewing over how the City of San Francisco distributes it's coveted taxi permits. The largest cab companies are preparing a ballot measure for a larger share. Some taxi drivers screaming foul.
